At Kumo Cosmo, we want you to absolutely love your order! Each product is custom-made through our trusted fulfillment partner so our return process works a little differently than traditional retail.
If Something’s Off With Your Order
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, has a printing issue, or isn’t what you ordered, we’re here to make it right. Just email us within 30 days of receiving your item at support@kumocosmo.com with a short description and clear photos. Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a store credit—whichever you prefer!
Lost Packages
If your order’s taking too long or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and have a new order shipped out as soon as possible.
Wrong Address
If your item gets returned to us because an address was entered incorrectly we can reship it!
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or color changes. Be sure to double-check product details and our sizing guides before placing your order—it helps prevent those “oops” moments!
Store Credit Option
Sometimes things happen! For eligible returns, we’re happy to offer store credit. You’ll receive a personal discount code by email that never expires and can be used on any future order at Kumo Cosmo.
Return Address
All returns are processed through Printful’s fulfillment centers. The correct return address is automatically included on your shipping label—no need to write anything extra or worry about misdelivery.
